Where We Stand
Farm Bureau is Fighting Hard For You
  • Farm Bureau works with policy makers at all levels to assure that legislation and regulations do not adversely impact our ability to provide safe and abundant food, does not regulate or mandate unjustifiable production methods or practices, and recognizes the positive role of agriculture.
  • Farm Bureau opposes regulations that are not based on sound science and will oppose regulating GHGs under the Clean Air Act because Congress never intended to use the act to regulate carbon dioxide.
  • Farm Bureau is committed to a strong, economically healthy agricultural sector by supporting farms and ranches as they protect the environment, maintain open spaces, and revitalize rural America.
